The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is about to decide whether to roll back rules invented by biased bureaucrats to block workers from escaping the grip of coercive unions.

And the Board wants to hear from members of the public like you before they make their final decision.

So to ensure the new Board does the right thing, opponents of union coercion must make their voices heard.

That is why I am asking you today to sign a petition demanding that the NLRB roll back the "blocking charge" and "voluntary recognition bar" policies enabling Big Labor coercion.

After you sign, the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation will submit your petition to the Labor Board on your behalf.

Sincerely,
Mark Mix

Petition to National Labor Relations Board

Whereas:
The NLRB's "blocking charge" and "voluntary recognition bar" policies hold workers hostage in a union they oppose for years at a time; and

Whereas:
Union bosses routinely use these doctrines to expand Big Labor's power by trapping workers and forcing them to pay dues to a union that they oppose; and

Whereas:
Board-invented doctrines actively block employees from exercising their legal right to vote on whether to remove unwanted union representation.

Therefore:
I urge the National Labor Relations Board to roll back "blocking charge" and "voluntary recognition bar" policies, and immediately implement the rule changes as detailed in the National Right to Work Foundation’s comments to the NLRB on this rule.
