Dear Concerned American,
Millions of employees -- under color of law -- are illegally forced AGAINST THEIR WISHES to pay for this radical electioneering . . . or be fired.
And virtually every penny goes to support pro-forced-unionism candidates who can be counted on to rubber-stamp union boss demands -- on the full range of political issues -- throughout their terms in office.
That is why the Supreme Court's Communications Workers v. Beck decision -- which Right to Work Foundation attorneys won and are working to enforce -- is so important to you and all Americans.
Under this landmark decision, workers can cut off the forced union dues -- seized as a condition of employment -- used by union bosses to finance their radical political agenda.
The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation is preparing to go all out and directly attack Big Labor's forced-dues political spending.
Please make your voice heard by signing the below "Declaration of Opposition to Forced Dues for Politics." And after you sign your Declaration, please consider chipping in a generous, tax-deductible contribution to help with this critical effort.
Declaration of Opposition to Forced Dues for Politics
Whereas:
The Big Labor political machine spent a whopping $3.4 BILLION over the last two election cycles to expand union boss power at every level of government; and
Whereas:
The vast majority of union boss political spending came from forced union dues and fees collected from workers must pay or be fired from their jobs; and
Whereas:
Union bosses have vowed to use their forced-dues warchest in 2016 to keep control of the White House and take back the Senate and House of Representatives; and
Whereas:
Under the Supreme Court's Communications Workers v. Beck decision and other landmark cases -- which Right to Work Foundation attorneys won and are working to enforce and expand -- workers can cut off the forced union dues, seized as a condition of employment, used by union bosses to finance their radical political agenda;
Therefore:
As an opponent of forced unionism, I support the Right to Work Foundation’s precedent setting legal efforts because it attacks the very root of Big Labor’s coercive power.
