Video: Union officials threaten worker to join union or lose her job

On September 20, National Right to Work Foundation staff attorneys filed a brief with the U.S. Supreme Court for their upcoming showdown against Big Labor in November.

And on October 1, the U.S. Supreme Court announced it will hear another case brought by Foundation staff attorneys on behalf of in-home care providers challenging an Illinois forced-unionization scheme.

While these high-profile cases get the most attention, Foundation staff attorneys are providing free legal aid in hundreds of cases up and down the legal system. Watch the video below for some of the latest.
